Cost Estimator:

Job Description:

Flex Interconnect Technologies, Inc. is recruiting for our Milpitas, CA office: Cost Estimator (job code #35037): Prepare technical cost estimates for custom manufactured flexible and rigid flex printed circuits and assemblies. Review customer fab prints, designs, material specifications and technical data for manufacturability, construction, layout and cost sensitive constraints to help with the bidding and quoting processes. Run DFM (Design for Manufacturability) analysis and provide feedback to sales team or customer. Assist sales team as customer interface to clarify manufacturing issues prior to contract acceptance. Coordinate manufacturing and assembly lead times, material and component availability, alternate or substitute components to meet customer specifications and delivery dates. Interface with manufacturing team to review jobs once orders are secured to avoid potential problems and highlight product specific features to increase yields and reduce costs.

Education and Experience Required:

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field, and 6 months relevant work experience.


CAM Engineer:

Job Description:

Review customers' data and prints, and determine the best method to build flexible and rigid-flex printed circuits and assemblies. Run DFM (Design for Manufacturability) analysis and resolve all manufacturing and design issues with customers. Prepare stackup and check on material availability. Prepare job traveler. Edit and panelize the artwork, prepare drill and rout programs and prepare electrical test programs. The CAM engineer is responsible for preparing all the tooling and releasing the job for manufacturing.


Sales Account Manager:

Job Description:

Develop new customers in the assigned region in United States and meet or exceed sales growth targets. Manage and grow the accounts that are assigned. Establish image and branding of the company. Build strong relationship with customers and manage the needs of the customers. Manage and follow up on quotes and orders. Other activities will include forecasting, problem solving, getting involved in resolving customer concerns, communication and coordinating with internal team members, participating in trade shows and other marketing activities, make technical and corporate presentations, visiting prospects and customers on regular basis (at least 25% travel is required).
